There are only a small handful of camera stores here in Indy, and Cord Camera has been my favorite for many years. My first real purchase there was a 60mm macro lens back around 1997 or 1998. Back then it was a local presence with a handful of stores around the city. There was only a few real competitors.
Since then, the store has suffered for whatever reasons, and I don’t think I’ll be going back for any further camera related purchases due to their lack of stock and service online and in person.
With a heavy heart, I’m removing them from my links list.
The saddest thing for me is that I have no local camera store anymore. The only other camera store (Robert’s) is extremely horrible in terms of customer service in my numerous visits.
