I’m swamped at work. But I have a few conspiracy loving co-workers that played this while I was working in my CSS world of late. It is interesting, but also a conspiracy theory.
It’s from someone named Lindsey Williams, who wrote a book long ago called “The Energy Non-Crisis”. You can get a copy on Amazon for $199 + s/h.
There is some validity to some of what he goes into (IMF and World Bank stuff), but there is a lot that goes into guesses, hearsay, and all those things that make up the heart of a conspiracy.
